While tie-ins for football season usually involve "best of" highlight DVDs and other such clip programs, "Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Power Squad Bod" goes against the norm and delivers an exercise program. While the cheerleaders may appeal more to males than females, the video may engage football fans looking for a football-related workout before sitting down to watch a game this season.

Overall, all three programs are reasonably good workout videos, providing workout routines that are pretty easy to get learn and fine for beginners who are looking for a workout that is strenuous burns calories but isn't overly intense. The videos also offer rather good production values for the exercise video category, with "Hard Body Boot Camp" taking place on the field at Texas Stadium.

Aside from some slight shimmer during a couple of scenes, the picture remained clear and clean. Colors looked bright and perky, with very nice saturation and no smearing or other faults.
